Angela Chen, CRNP
Angela Chen is a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. She received her nurse practitioner training from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. During her 15 years as a nurse practitioner, she has worked in the areas of nephrology, allergy and asthma, hospital medicine and now family practice. She has practiced in multiple tertiary care hospitals, such as New England Medical Center, Hospital of University of Michigan, and Hospital of University of Pennsylvania. After years of caring for acutely ill patients, she realized that maintaining health and wellness of her patients is paramount. She now utilizes bio-identical hormones to help her patients maintain and maximize their health and well being. Angela resides in Bucks county with her husband and two children.
Dr. Paul Kosmorsky, D.O.
Dr. Kosmorsky has been providing quality medical care for over 20 years in Lower Bucks County. After obtaining his doctoral degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed a year-long rotating Internship at Delaware Valley Medical Center (presently Aria Hospital), followed by a 2 year Family Medicine Residency at University of Medicine and Dentistry at Atlantic City Medical Center. He is a clinical instructor in the department of Family Medicine at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a member of the American Osteopathic Medical Association and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Kosmorsky is board Certified in Family Medicine and is a licensed Electrophysicologic Diagnostic Physician. Dr. Kosmorsky has recognized a growing need for improving the quality of health and well-being of his patients and has become trained and certified in Biote hormone replacement therapy. He is excited to offer this state-of-the-art care to the Bucks County area.
Kaia Christiansen, MSN, CRNP
Kaia Christiansen MSN, CRNP recieved her graduate degree at LaSalle University in Philadelphia in 2008 after many years as a nurse in Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Emergency/Trauma, Cardiology and Hospice/Palliative Care. This diverse experience has led to the gratifying endeavor of hormonal therapy; being a part of supporting healthy aging and lifestyle fulfillment through hormonal balance is a capstone in a long career.
Marketing Director and Patient Care Coordinator
Jami has over 25 years of experience with customer relations, sales, marketing, and innovative/creative ideas. Her career has been in the health and wellness community and she knows it well! She is the proud Publisher of PhillyFIT Magazine. Patients likely meet Jami first, as she takes initial calls to our office and focuses on the consultation experience. She will help you know if BioTe Hormone replacement pellet therapy is right for you. She will get you scheduled to meet our team and is always available to help patients throughout their journey at our practice.
Jami spends much of her time with us promoting what our specialties are, coming up with new ideas and sharing them with our community. She has made sure that local folks know who's BEST when it comes to hormonal treatment!
Her hobbies include fitness and animal rescue. You can likely find her hiding a rescue pup under her desk or a kitty in her drawer! Please be sure to stop by and say hello to Jami at your next visit.
Marcy Augustine, RN, BSN
Marcy has 10 years of experience as a Nurse Injector. She is continually expanding her skillset with the latest techniques and innovations with Dermal fillers, Botulinum toxins and Sclerotherapy (treatments of spider veins). She also has experience with laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, IPL (Intense Pulse Light Therapy), Fractional (skin resurfacing), Coolsculpting and Microneedling with PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) that uses the patient’s own blood healing and restoration.
Marcy is wholly invested in the belief that the patient should feel a comfortable partnership while making well informed decisions involving appearance. Her background and experience have taught her the value of outcomes that enhance feelings of health and well being that are so important to success, security, and happiness. She wants her patient to look natural and not overdone. She discusses options of treatment to engage each person in his or her unique plan of treatment. She encourages questions and clarifies answers until the patient feels educated and included in their plan of care. Her goal is for each patient to have an individualized plan of care at the end of their consultation.
A rich and varied nursing background is the foundation of Marcy’s respect and empathy for others. Marcy began her career as a charge nurse in a nursing home. She advanced her technical as well as “people” skills in hospitals and Surgical Centers. She worked as a Staff Nurse in Medical-Surgical in Labor and Delivery environments as well as in the Operating Room including the coordination activities of a Nurse Circulator.
Marcy’s professional education includes earning her B.S.N. degree from Widener University followed by continuing certifications in Dermal Fillers, Botulinum Toxins and Sclerotherapy at the Esthetic Skin Institute in the state of Florida. She earned her O.R. certification at DCCC (Delaware County Community College) and through formal continuing education as well as publications and research updates her skills and knowledge on a regular, often daily basis.
Peggy joined the balance found team in 2020 as a patient coordinator.
She has an extensive background in medical office administration including acupuncture Chiropractic & Pain Management.
Peggy is originally from Milwaukee Wisconsin and currently lives in Hamilton New Jersey. She loves dogs, Wawa, carrot cake and the Impractical Jokers.
